Mustard Seed Trainers and Adventurers (MUSTA) is an organization that believes experience through outdoor adventure and challenge provides the ideal atmosphere for experiential learning i.e. learning by doing. This gives the participants an opportunity for self knowledge and discovery. The participants are encouraged to challenge their pre-conceived or learnt limitations. The programmes are carried out in small groups. This coupled with the incorporation of different training techniques, encourages the enjoyment of healthy competitiveness, respect for oneself, and others and the appreciation of peer support and encouragement for individual and group support for enhanced life skills leadership, team spirit and cohesion. The sessions are carried out in simple fun-filled activities in a free, relaxed and fun atmosphere. They are tailor-made to suit clients’ goals and objectives and can run from one hour to four (4) days.
