Focus on retention, not just attendance.

Attracting a first-time attendee costs far more than keeping an existing one. The events that scale aren't always the ones with the biggest launch they're the ones that turn first-timers into regulars, and regulars into advocates who bring friends.

Three levers that drive it:

A memorable experience worth talking about
A reason to come back (series, membership, loyalty perks)
An easy way to share it with others

Grow the community, and the numbers follow.

A practical tip for running better events

Suggested visual:
1. Event checklist
2. timeline graphic/ setup photo

Hook: The best events feel effortless. That's the hardest part to pull off.

Tip of the week: build your event around a run sheet, not a to-do list.
A to-do list tells you what needs doing. A run sheet tells you when, who's responsible and what happens if it slips.
Assign every task a name, a time and your event stops depending on one person holding it all in their head.
Save this for your next event. 📌

Every smooth matchday, clean fixture, and on-time kickoff is the result of planning most people never see. Sports management is the invisible engine: scheduling, logistics, staffing, safety, and the athlete experience all working together.
At SportFitt, we believe managing sport well is what turns a good session into a great one and a one off event into something people come back to.

KAIZEN CUP — A FESTIVAL TO REMEMBER

What a weekend! The Kaizen Cup in Nakuru, hosted by Nakuru Bucks Academy Hotel Waterbuck came to life exactly as we envisioned and then some.

At SportFitt, our mission was singular: to see this tournament executed successfully from first whistle to final trophy. Months of planning, countless conversations and honest deliberations all led to one goal that every child, coach, manager and parent left feeling satisfied, heard and part of something special.

Mission accomplished. ✅

More than a completed tournament, this was a genuine soccer festival and every session taught us something new to carry forward. That's the Kaizen way: continuous improvement, always.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone stakeholder.
