A time was truly had. ❤️

This was day one. My very first game in charge of kiambiu warriors football club . I remember looking at the boys and promising them that we weren't just going to play football—we were going to play the most beautiful, dominant, ball-playing football this region had ever seen. I wanted us to be the team everyone talked about, the team that dictated the rhythm, passed out from the back, and played with ultimate courage.

And look at where we were heading. We were in the absolute right direction. Every single training session, every sleepless night, every ounce of my soul went into teaching this identity. Watching the boys completely buy into it, watching them play out of pressure and command the pitch—it was the proudest achievement of my life. We were becoming exactly who I dreamed we would be.

That is why closing this chapter is tearing my heart completely out of my chest. It kills me to say goodbye when the vision was coming to life right before our eyes. Walking away from you boys is the hardest, most devastating thing I have ever had to do. You didn't just play for me, you trusted my vision with your whole hearts. You made me a better coach and a better person.

Faith is not denying reality; it is trusting God in the middle of reality. It gives you the confidence to believing, keep working, and keep hoping because God's promises are dependable.
