There’s something sacred about the cadence of a group ride.

We start as individuals carrying the weight of our own weeks, but somewhere along the open road, we become one pack Hunting together. Grateful for this cycling community, these miles, and every single soul pushing beside us today. 🚴‍♂️✨

Reality Check

* **CBD to Thika:** You feel like a champion. The wind is in your hair (well, your helmet). You’re drafting nicely. You’re thinking, *"I should do this professionally."*

* **Thika to Makuyu:** The sun has entered the chat. The tarmac starts looking like a frying pan.
Your thighs start sending you WhatsApp messages asking if you’ve lost your mind.

* **Makuyu to Saba Saba:** You are no longer cycling for fitness. You are cycling because if you stop, the vultures might mistake you for a stationary snack. You start doing math in your head: *"If I sell my bike right now to a passing boda boda, how much is a matatu back to town?"*

* **The Return Leg:** Pure, unadulterated spiritual warfare.

🎒 Survival Checklist

* **MUST HAVE A HELMET:** (Very mandatory, mostly to protect your head when your brain finally decides to shut down from exhaustion at kilometer 110).

* **Strong Will to Live:** Highly recommended, though it will be severely tested somewhere around Kenol.🦗
