Deadlifting, no matter the size of the weight should leave your back musculature flexed.
Formation is key when dealing with this high risk exercise as it can leave your low back wrecked.
Take it slow, move with intension and carry a load that your hamstrings, glute and lumbar musculature can handle or slightly higher.

I like to to see myself in the mirror to remind me that I am good but I can do better each day.
I talk to myself with words of affirmation that,
I can,
I will,
I must.
And yes. So can you.
Do quit.
Keep showing up.
Fitness is a journey that many don't want to walk along.
It is painful, expensive and slow in rewarding.
You have to either wake up early, run or jog to the gym, pay and then get "tortured". Or
Do the same after work, after you are tired after the day's work.
Your own money torturing you!
Your own availability "killing" you.
Can you imagine that?
And for results that I'll see not now, not tomorrow but after several months?
No way.
But I'll tell you what, you may not see the results now.
You may never even see the results tomorrow or ever. But the good thing is that what you don't see is what matter most for the future that you cannot see encroaching.
You will need the strength, the small muscles to move along and around. To lift things, sit down and up, sit in the washroom etc.
You will thank all the time, money and effort that you put in 30, 40, 50 years ago.
Do it now. No later.

The inflammation h3re is a million times worse.
It has no real nutritional value zbapart from filling your stomach with empty calories.
Empty calories are later stored as fats in your system resulting to you getting FAT.
They are served with sources that are full of monosodium glutamate (MSGs) which alters your taste buds and now anything you eat without this source, will taste like soil.
And you know what, mostly it is washed down with a cold coke. Mmmh! What a great life?
They are very addictive and once per month may lead to once per week, later once per day and eventually every hour. That is how bad it is.
Eat real food not this products.
Cook your own food.

The good thing about a routine is that, someday you will find yourself alone, other days a new person comes in, other days you are many but it is that.
They know that we have something every Saturday morning. Their discipline will make them show up either physically or virtually.
It is good to have a team that challenges and lifts you up.

Like usual, we don't take fitness for granted.
And we know what it is like to crave for good or better health and life.
We show up.

Running on such a terrain and such a time will always be epic.
The good thing is that we woke up before the sun.
We chose our hard today and paid the rent for the bodies that we live in.
My guy beating his own record of previous 86 kg. To now 92 kg of walking lunges on a sloppy ground.
Huyu ni mbaya.
You know how lunges hit. Now combine them with squat in a row.
Your glute, quads and core will be on fire.
Our ladies were not left behind either.
They paid their rents well too.
We fell and come back up, dust off and move on.
