HOME FINALE: STANDING TALL TOGETHER

After a difficult week where we unfortunately could not make the trip to Kajiado to face KAPA FC, the focus completely shifts back home. This Saturday, we return to the Ukunda Show Ground for our final home fixture of the season as we welcome Strathmore University.

It is a bittersweet moment for everyone who loves this club. Our fate in the league is already sealed, but our pride, our love for the badge and our commitment to this community remain unbroken. Relegation hurts, but the rebuild starts now and it starts with finishing strong on our own turf.

We want to give our incredible fansβ€”who have stuck by us through the highest highs and the lowest lowsβ€”a performance to be proud of. Let us pack the Show Ground one last time this season and show everyone the true spirit of Simba wa Ukunda.
On a massive weekend for the league, all Round 29 fixtures across all zones will kick off simultaneously this Saturday at 3:00 PM.

🦁 THE LIONS OF UKUNDA HEAD TO KAJIADO! 🦁
The battle lines are drawn for Round 28 and this weekend, our resilience will be tested. We are heading to Kajiado County for a massive away fixture against KAPA.
There is no hiding from the realityβ€”we are in a tough spot in the standings and every single away trip right now carries an immense weight. But pressure is exactly where character is forged. The boys have put in the work on the training ground this week, the morale is focused and we are going into NITA Kitengela with one clear mission: to fight for every ball, defend our badge and bring back the three points.
This is the defining stretch of our season. It is when the true spirit of Simba wa Ukunda shines through. To our fans near and far, your belief keeps us moving. Let us back the boys as they fight to turn the tide!

FT: SS Assad FC 1-4 Gituru FC
πŸ“ Ukunda Show Ground
πŸ“· Courtesy
A tough afternoon at the Ukunda Show Ground as we fall short against a clinical Gituru FC in our Round 27 fixture.
The visitors took command early, netting two goals in the first half to put us on the back foot. We came out with more fight in the second half, pulling one back through a calmly converted penalty by Madogor to give us a lifeline. However, Gituru managed to find the back of the net twice more before the final whistle to seal the points.
There is no hiding from the reality of our current situation. This defeat hurts and the relegation battle just got tougher. But if there is one thing about SS Assad FC, it is that we do not back down when our backs are against the wall.
To our players: Hold your heads up. The road is steep, but the fight is far from over. Every remaining minute on that pitch is a chance to rewrite the script.
To our incredible fans: Thank you for standing by us through the highs and the lows. Your presence at the Ukunda Show Ground today reminds us exactly who we are fighting for. We need your energy now more than ever.
We dust ourselves off, we correct the mistakes and we go again. It is not over until it is over.
