EXPLORING THE ALTERNATIVE
We encourage artists to experiment and play within a supportive environment. By giving creators a space to take risks, we enable them to critically develop their practice beyond traditional concepts and forms. Fundii’s mission is to nurture talent and provoke public dialogue with alternative art-making. DISRUPTIVE COLLABORATION

Temporary Closure Announcement
We are saddened to announce the temporary closing of Fundii Centre for the Arts. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Fundii will not be able to sustain continued growth at our current location. Despite all efforts to overcome the challenges, we have made the decision to temporarily close until an alternative location can be found. Fundii’s last day at our current Muthaiga location will be 28 February 2017. The Fundii team would like to thank everyone for supporting us and our efforts in creating a community of artists, designers and creators.
We will be individually contacting artists, suppliers and other stakeholders about the closing process. We will keep our social media platforms open but they will no longer be active. To reach us, you can still call +254 (0)703 386344 or email us at [email protected].
We’ll be hunting for a new space so any location tips are welcome!
Until we reopen,
The Fundii Team
