Cambodia now has ''Touch'' referees!!!! :-)
Thank to FIT Federation of International Touch, Touch Singapore and all the referees for your patience, advices and explanations.

TAPP BALL:
A tap ball is awarded for the following reasons:
- To start the game
- To restart after a try
- When referee ask for it

A tap ball is also awarded after a penalty:
- Forward Pass
- Touch and Pass (late pass)
- Rollball performed off the mark
- Performing a rollball prior to a touch being made
- Defenders offside at the rollball (5 metres)
- Defenders offside at the tap (10 metres)
- Deliberately delaying play
- More than the correct amount of players on the field
- Incorrect substitution
- Falsely claiming a touch
- Using more than the minimum force to make a touch
- Obstruction
- Misconduct
