Happy Friday!
As we head into the weekend, here is a reminder: Training matters⦠but so does recovery.
If you have the energy, get in a session, go for a walk, or lift something a little heavier than last week. If your body is asking for rest, listen. Rest days are where the magic happens. That is when your body rebuilds, gets stronger, and even adapts to all the hard work you have been putting in.
Balance is key! Train hard. Recover well. Repeat.
