ហេតុអ្វីបានជា "ក្រុមហ៊ុន" និង "សហជីព" ត្រូវធ្វើសកម្មភាព ដើម្បីធានាឲ្យមាននូវ សុវត្ថិភាព និងសុខភាពនៅកន្លែងការងារ?
១. #ដើម្បីបង្កើនទឹកចិត្តបំពេញការងាររបស់បុគ្គលិក ៖ ដោយការប្រាជាស្រ័យទាក់ទងល្អ ធ្វើឲ្យកន្លែងការងារមានភាពស្រស់ស្រាយ ដូច្នេះអាចនាំទៅដល់ការលើកទឹកចិត្ត ក្នុងការបំពេញការងារដល់បុគ្គលិក ។ ព្រមទាំងទទួលយកយោបល់របស់បុគ្គលិកមកប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងសកម្មភាពដើម្បីកែលម្អលក្ខខណ្ឌ និងបរិស្ថានការងារ នៅកន្លែងការងារនោះ និឹងធ្វើឱ្យឥរិយាបថការងាររបស់បុគ្គលិកកាន់តែមានភាពសកម្ម ។
២. #ដើម្បីធ្វើឲ្យផលិតភាពការងារកើនឡើង ៖ តាមរយៈការកែលម្អ និងការរៀបចំបរិស្ថានការងារ ធ្វើឲ្យមានការកាត់បន្ថយការបំពេញការងារមិនចាំបាច់ ហើយនឹងធ្វើឲ្យការបំពេញការងារបានដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងបង្កើនផលិតភាព ។
៣. #ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយឬទប់ស្កាត់ការចំណាយ ៖
ប្រសិនបើមានគ្រោះថ្នាក់ ឬហេតុការណ៍ណាមួយកើតឡើងនៅកន្លែងការងារ នោះការងារនឹងត្រូវផ្អាក ឬអាចយឺតយ៉ាវ ហើយធ្វើឲ្យមានការកើនឡើងនូវថ្លៃចំណាយ ។

#តើអ្វីទៅជាសហជីព?
ដោយយោងតាមមាត្រា៤ នៃច្បាប់ស្ដីពីសហជីព បានឲ្យនិយមន័យថា៖ សហជីព គឺជាអង្គការរវិជ្ជាជីវៈដែលសំដៅដល់ការរួបរួមគ្នា ដែលបង្កើតឡើងដោយកម្មករនិយោជិត ជាក្រុម ជាពួកដោយការរួបរួមគ្នា និងដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត សំដៅសហការគ្នាធ្វើសកម្មភាព ឬអភិវឌ្ឍនីតិក្រមផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីសម្រេចទិសដៅ ឬគោលបំណងជាក់លាក់នៃវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។ តាមន័យនៃច្បាប់នេះ អង្គការវិជ្ជាជីវៈរបស់កម្មករនិយោជិត ត្រូវបានគេហៅថា «សហជីព» ។

#តើសហជីពតំណាងអោយនណាខ្លះ?
សហជីពអាចធ្វើជាតំណាងឲ្យកម្មកររបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនង ជាមួយនិយោជក ។ សហជីពមានករណីយកិច្ចដូចជា ធ្វើការចរចាដោយស្មោះត្រង់ ជាមួយនិយោជក ក្នុងគោលបំណងស្វែងរក ការព្រមព្រៀងដ៏ជាក់លាក់មួយរវាងកម្មករ​និយោជិត និងនិយោជក ដែលផ្ដោត​ទៅលើលក្ខខណ្ឌ​ការងារ អនាម័យ​សន្តិសុខ​ការងារ និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍​ផ្សេងៗទៀត ។ ហើយសហជីព​គឺជានីតិបុគ្គល ដែលមានតួនាទី​ក្នុងការតំណាង​ឲ្យកម្មករ​និយោជិត ក្នុងការចរចា​ជាមួយ​និយោជក ដើម្បីរកដំណោះស្រាយ​ទៅលើបញ្ហា​ប្រឈមនានា ដែលកើតមាន​ឡើងពាក់ព័ន្ធ​នឹងលក្ខខណ្ឌ​ការងារ ក៏ដូចជាឈាន​ទៅរកការ​ព្រមព្រៀង​គ្នារវាងកម្មករ​និយោជិត និងនិយោជកផងដែរ។

8 Benefits of Being Part of

play the role of an intermediary between employers and employees. Its main duty is to ensure that employers and employees get along smoothly and iron out their differences in harmony. We support both employers and employees, and being in one has numerous benefits for both parties.

1. Negotiate Better Pay
One of the main benefits of us to a worker who is a member is enjoying better wages compared to one who is not. We negotiate wages on our members’ behalf to ensure they earn what they deserve. In addition, CARWU members can enjoy wage increases on a regular basis. Achieving such benefits requires collective bargaining where the CARWU and the employer agree on wage terms. A non-union members lacks such benefits.

2. Collective Bargaining
Since CARWU is a group of workers who assemble for a common goal, we possess collective bargaining power. Our members do not have to fight battles on their own as they have us to fight the battles for them. CARWU members have more impact in contract negotiation than their non-union counterparts.

3. Negotiate Better Working Conditions
Workers no longer have to work under harsh conditions like in times when unions didn’t exist. In cases where a non-union worker works in unfavorable conditions and lacks the voice to complain, CARWU members have one voice. We negotiate for better working conditions for its members and other work-related benefits like holidays and improved safety measures at work.

4. Provide Training for New Skills
CARWU members also get to benefit from training offered by our education unit to improve their skills and increase their marginal productivity. Provision of training is done through negotiations between the employer and union to organize how the employee will undertake their training and still work.

5. Provide Job Security
Training to acquire new or to improve our existing skills increases our marginal productivity and gives members a sense of job security. We also enhance a member’s job security by ensuring the members is not fired without a valid and concrete reason. Before an employer fired a member, the reason for firing them must prove merit.

6. Give General Advice and Support
CARWU members also benefit from professional advice from us. We offer basic education and teach members. All members can get advice on career decisions and work-related issues. CARWU empowers our members with information and support.

7. Negotiate for Additional Benefits
Apart from negotiating for better working conditions and wages, we go to the extent of seeking additional benefits for our members. These additional benefits include medical and health assistance. All members enjoy the entitlement to health insurances that are a huge boost, especially for a member with ailing family members.

8. Employer Benefits
Employers also benefit from their membership in a union. For instance, labor unions negotiate and help firms to increase their output to enable them afford high wages. In addition, we ensure a single channel of communication between employer and employees.

ពួកគាត់មានការប្តេជ្ញាដ៏មុតមាំជាទីបំផុតដើម្បីបន្ត និងធ្វើឲ្យដំណើរការសកម្មភាពរបស់ CARWU កាន់តែល្អប្រសើរឡើង តាមរយៈភាពស្និតស្នាលគ្នារវាង CARWU និងផ្សារទំនើប AEON កម្ពុជា។

ពួកខ្ញុំជាសមាជិករបស់ CARWU ទាំងអស់សូមសម្តែងសេចក្តីអគុណចំពោះលោកស្រីនាយិកា លី អាំងឡាយ ដែលបានខឹតខំលះបង់ទាំងកម្លាំងកាយ ទាំងកម្លាំងចិត្តដើម្បីធ្វើអោយ CARWU លេចចេញជារូបរាង និងមានតំណើរការល្អរហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ។ អនុស្សាវរីយ៍ជាច្រើនដែលពួកខ្ញុំបានសាងជាមួយលោកស្រី មានទាំងការសប្បាយរីករាយ មានទាំងការនឿយហត់ គឺវាសុទ្ធតែជាការចងចាំដ៏ល្អមួយហើយមិនអាចបំភ្លេចបានជារៀងរហូតសម្រាប់ពួកខ្ញុំ និង CARWU ។ ជាការពិតណាស់ ពួកខ្ញុំនឹងចងចាំលោកស្រីជារៀងរហូត និងនៅតែបន្តត្រូវការលោកស្រីដើម្បីជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងដល់តំណើរការការងាររបស់ CARWU បន្តទៀត។ ជាចុងក្រោយពួកខ្ញុំសូមជូនពរអោយលោកស្រី និងក្រុមគ្រួសារជួបតែសំណាងល្អ មានសុភមង្គលជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ និងទទួលបានភាពជោគជ័យលើគ្រប់កិច្ចការងារទាំងអស់

គ្រួសារ CARWU បានរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតជាលើកទីពីនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៩ ដល់ ៣០ ខែ មករា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៨ ដើម្បីជ្រើសរើសអ្នកតំណាងរបស់ខ្លួន ។ ហើយជាលទ្ធផលពួកយើង បានជ្រើស បានអ្នកតំណាងដ៏ជោគជ័យក្រោមការបោះឆ្នោតពីសមាជិករបស់ CARWU ចំនួន ៤៥៩ នាក់និងមានការរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោងដោយយុត្តិធម៌ជាទីបំផុតពីគណៈកម្មការរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតរបស់ពួកយើង។

The CARWU family prepared a second election on 29 to 30, January 2018 to choose our representatives. And as a result, we have chosen representatives successfully and there are 459 of CARWU members that came to vote for our candidates.

សហជីពនិយោជិតអ៊ីអនកម្ពុជា (CARWU) គឺជាសហជីពដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងក្រោមការបោះឆ្នោតដោយសេរីតាមបែបប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងសេចក្តីជឿទុកចិត្តនៃបុគ្គលិករបស់ផ្សារទំនើប AEON កម្ពុជានាថ្ងៃទី ១២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៥ ដោយត្រឹមត្រូវដូចដែលមានចែងនៅខាងក្នុងលក្ខន្តិក:របស់សហជីព។ ហើយត្រូវបានចុះបញ្ជិការជាអង្គការវិជ្ជាជីវ:របស់កម្មករនិយោជិតស្របច្បាប់ដោយក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្ដាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ នាថ្ងៃទី ១៩ ខែ ឧសភា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៦។ CARWU តែងតែរៀបចំកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលប្រចាំខែសម្រាប់សមាជិករបស់ខ្លួន ដូចជាក្រុមគ្រួ បង្គោល និងក្រុមអ្នករៀបចំជាដើម។

គ្រួសារ CARWU បានចូលរួមចែករំលែកនូវសេចក្តីស្រលាញ់ចំពោះកុមា​រ ដើម្បីចូលរួមប្រារព្ធទិវាសិទ្ធកុមារអន្តរជាតិនាថ្ងៃទី​ ០១​ ខែ​ មិថុនា​ ឆ្នាំ​ ២០១៧ នៅ​ក្នុងសាលា​ "មត្តេយ្យភាសាសហគមន៍ចលនាភូមិថ្មីដើម្បីទាំងអស់គ្នា"​ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុក​ ព្រៃកប្បាស​ ខេត្តតាកែវ​។​ ហើយគ្រួសារ​ CARWU ថែមទាំងបានចែកសម្ភារៈសិក្សា​រ​ ព្រមទាំងបានចូលរួមរៀបចំម្ហូបអាហារពេលថ្ងៃសម្រាប់ក្មួយៗសិក្សានុសិស្ស និងថែមទាំងបានចូលរួមដាំកូនឈើនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ចំនួន​ ២០០​ដើម​ ផងដែរ។​ ឆ្លាតក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ​សមាជិករបស់​ CARWU ទាំងអស់សូមជួនពរឱ្យកុមារា​ កុមារី​ ទាំងអស់លើពិភពលោកជួបតែសេចក្តីសុខចម្រើន​ និងទទួលបានការស្រលាញ់ប្រកបដោយភាពកក់ក្តៅពីសង្គមគ្រួសារទាំងមូល​ ព្រមទាំងទទួលបានការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរនៅក្នុងសង្គមទាំងអស់លើពិភពលោក។
