We achieved the 1st in adult at the Paiva cup where 150 prestigious Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team and 1000 athletes participated

I would like to express my heartfelt encouragement and praise to all my students of the great history

We are all family under Alliance Jiu-Jitsu!

JIU JITSU AND THE CHILDREN'S BRAIN 🥋🧠

Children's brains are like little sponges, eager to make as many neurological connections as possible.

These connections in the brain are made in response to stimulus, the more children can be exposed

when they are young, the more connections and capacities they will develop and retain through the rest of their lives.

Jiu-Jitsu is a sport that develops and stimulates several of these skills in a single class.

They are all important members of a society and faithful and responsible to their working environment and family
