It is important that we take time to clear the minds. I know it gets hectic sometimes and you feel like you can’t slow down for a second to just breathe, relax, take some time to yourself or organize your life.

India Arie, has a song called Slow Dow. The song simply says slow down, you going too fast. You got your hands in the air with your feet on the gas. Sometimes, we don’t realize that we are neglecting our mental health hygiene because we are constantly hustling and bustling.

If you read all that, I challenge you try this as a challenge. Make time to do the steps and then rate each step and how you felt before and how you felt after.
