2023 CBHK championships going live at noon!

We are trying to play pick up at the Youngin rink once a week to give members an idea of how they can get there and how long it will take.

If you said you were interested in playing full-time this fall you should try to make it out at least once. Post here or on the website forum if you need more detailed information.

This week the pick up is scheduled on Saturday from 10 to noon.

2023 Spring Champions

Attention all CBHKers!

This Saturday, April 8th, three of our generous sponsors will play host to the bi-annual CBHK Rookie Party/Pub Crawl! For those of you that don’t know, this is one of the big 3 league events every season and it is NOT to be missed.

The festivities will kick off at 6:00pm at Phillies Pub in HBC, where free-flow beer will be served to all league members. Once we have drunk 'em dry, we’ll move over to our newest sponsor venue, Sauce, to continue the debauchery. After ransacking their ale supplies, we will take to the streets for round after round of Danger Can, and everyone’s favorite, Edward Sojuhands.

We will finish the night off by heading to Craic House in Itaewon for a double serving of seemingly endless pitchers (last season we couldn’t even crush the tab!).

Anyone unsure of where Phillies Pub is located is encouraged to send a message to your team Kakao chat to ask for directions.

And finally, while it is true that all league members drink for free on this glorious night, everyone is encouraged to do so responsibly. Safety and our community image are both important considerations to be upheld.

Human Fund Event - CBHK Fantasy Pool
Hey everybody, for those who aren't aware, the CBHK has a Human Fund which fundraises every year in an effort to help offset the costs of any injuries that come from injuries during the games throughout the year. Last year alone about 2,300,000원 was paid out to players injured during the season to help with their medical bills. Over the many years of the CBHK, there have been many more millions raised and paid out. We of course try to keep the game as safe as possible, but there is always the chance of injury. We are very fortunate to have the Human Fund there to lean on when those injuries come about.

The first fundraiser this season is a fantasy pool using our own players here in the CBHK. Simply choose a player drafted from each round and at the end of the season, the entry with the highest totaled points will be the winner. The prize pool will be split 50/50 between the winner and the Human Fund. Entries are $10 and there is no limit to the number of entries you can submit. The deadline for entry is March 12 @ 11am and the deadline for payment is the end of the day on March 12.
