Flair20 Synthesis™ v2.0 System Update
The Flair20 Synthesis™ judging system has been formally refined with the release of Version 2.0, designed to better reflect the full spectrum of expressive performance in freestyle football.
The previous core criterion, Showmanship & Engagement, has now been replaced by a new, battle-optimised standard: Presence.
Presence is evaluated through three key elements:
• Command – expressive control, confidence, and delivery
• Aura – the felt atmosphere, energy, or emotional tone projected
• Tactical Response – real-time awareness and adaptation to opponent and environment
This update reflects a broader and more inclusive understanding of performance, rewarding not only loud or theatrical expression, but also quiet intensity, internal focus, and controlled stillness. Presence ensures that all styles, whether extroverted or introspective, are recognised for how they hold space with authenticity and awareness.
