Been asking myself, kenapa harus ngelatih, kenapa kok mau share all of ur experience susah2, mau cari apa selama jadi coach ini, dan mau sampai dimana..⁉️

Then there’s one moment yang membuat aku sadar... That one day pas the announcement of Allstar 2025, i was a bit emotional after the proposal but at the same time excited with the DBL Allstar results. Dengan camp 5 hari yang bener-bener melelahkan, saya bs merasakan apa yg temen-temen campers rasakan. I could see all the happy tears from all 12 campers man & woman yang selected. But then right after the announcement there’s one kid yang datang looking for me and hug me right after the announcement sambil mewek🥹❤️



Gak kerasa there she is 🥹yang udh ikt ce jojoow dan ce jojow latih dari umur 12 kyknya ya.. bangga & terharu rasanya bisa lihat prestasi basketnya sampai dengan hari ini & they never forget u and appreciate u a lot.
The point is besides all of the achievements, ada hal yang lebih penting yang ce jojo selalu ajarkan yaitu “great player with a great attitude”. Respect and Appreciate orang-orang yang ada bersama kalian dari awal dikala kamu berjuang.. it’s called
