Block are designed to work with cargo. In simulators of this type, the load in the form of plates of the same weight is built into the structure. Lever - used for training with free weights. The weight of the load in the form of weighting discs can be adjusted independently. Due to the fact that during training in the gym on such a simulator, the body is fixed and stabilized as much as possible, there is a minimum load on the spine and joints. An example of such a model is a hammer designed to work out the muscles of the chest.
Cardio machines are designed to increase endurance, it is convenient to warm up on them. This category includes such popular exercise bikes as steppers, treadmills and others. As a rule, in the gym for such equipment, a separate place is allocated - a cardio zone. Let's consider its main components.
