Welcome to our dynamic after-school camp, where fitness meets fun! Designed to keep children active and engaged, our program offers an exciting mix of diverse disciplines. Students will discover the rich technique of Muay Lao, learn the balance and control of wrestling, and develop agility, flexibility, and coordination through gymnastics.
To keep energy levels high and smiles on faces, we pack our sessions with cooperative games and high-energy fun. This variety ensures that every child stays motivated while building physical strength, motor skills, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. It is the perfect place for your children to stay active, make friends, and learn new skills after school!

After-School Muay Lao & Self-Defense: Leveling Up!
We are excited to take our training to the next level! Our students are now beginning light sparring, a crucial phase where they move from theory to practice. This stage is all about mastering self-control: students learn exactly how to manage their strength and precision while respecting their partners.
Our focus is on developing a combative mindset. We teach our young practitioners to be proactive rather than passive, building the confidence to face challenges head-on. By finding the balance between discipline and action, they develop essential self-defense skills and a strong, resilient spirit. Join us as we build focus, courage, and responsibility—one strike at a time!
