Practice makes Poi-fect!
Whether you're new to poi or not, the fastest way to progress is to spin DAILY and for at least 30 mn.
Music is optional but also recommended.
Our poi are designed to be easily carried and can travel with you everywhere... Don't feel shy to bring them out while walking to a destination, while present at a gathering or event, and even during breaks at the workplace (unless you're surrounded by fragile equipment, in which case proceed at your own risk :) )
When you challenge yourself to play past the moves that you're used to, you'll notice that you begin to find your rhythm, and occasionally something just clicks and you discover a new way to flow with your poi!
