Q: I have mastered the one leg balance position , I can stand for a long period of time , even on an unstable surface....How can I progress??
A: Easy peasy my dear friend , since balance isn't just a muscle thing try closing your eyes and left you leg.

Q: I am getting Bored at the Gym , feeling like its becoming a routine, what can I do ??
A: Try teaming up with someone to train together, have some fun, crack some jokes, and share some stories.

Q: Are low weights enough ??
A: Well it depends on what is your end goal but either way try doing some Pyramid sets with low weights to add some fun and some monster scream tomatoe heads at the gym 😏.
Pyramid sets : Start with the lowest weight, gradually reach the highest weight and back to the lowest.
Example: (2Kg,10 reps)->(4Kg,10 reps)->(6Kg,10 reps)->(4Kg,10 reps)->(2Kg, 10 reps) = all of that is 1 set.
P.S: No resting between weights

And when they smile , the whole world stops and stares for a while cz they are amazing just the way they are...my Champs , exercising and pushing harder with a laugh and a smile on their face 💪💪💪💪💪
