End-of-season item cleaning or yearly maintenance:
It’s a very crucial & essential step for the owner to make an end of season or yearly maintenance for his item to maintain proper function of the mechanism, prevent major malfunctioning & preserve his beloved item for many years to come.
The process begins with complete stripping for the item from the front sight to the recoil pad. All moving parts are dipped in the ultra-sonic machine using special liquids to dissolve carbon deposits, sludges & any stubborn debris.
All parts should be lubricated and assembled correctly, then a very thin layer of protective oils are applied on the metal surfaces to prevent any future corrosion.

One of our main projects is the detailed cleaning process, where the receiver will be fully disassembled, put in the ultra-sonic cleaner which then implode to dislodge contaminants like dirt, grease, and oil from various items, reassembled again lubricating every part for smooth mechanism.

Every single part should be stripped from its coating, reconditioned if needed & sanded with 1200 grit sandpaper for a smoother surface and prepare it for finishing. With such a process we are removing minor imperfections and creating a smoother, polished surface.
