After a full year of major transitions—relocating with my family across continents, setting up a new home, adapting to a new country, culture, and climate—I’m finally finding my rhythm again. 🌱
While my online prenatal and postnatal programs never stopped, keeping up with content and social media was a real challenge as I balanced raising a little one, working full-time, and continuing to support my incredible clients.
But here we are—ready for a fresh chapter. 🙌🏽
Thank you to everyone who supported me through this journey. Your encouragement has meant the world.
Let’s cross fingers 🤞🏽and hearts ❤️ that this comeback will be filled with knowledge, strength, and support for all you amazing mamas out there—whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, currently pregnant, or deep in the beautiful chaos of postpartum life.
I’m back—and I can’t wait to reconnect with you all. 💪🏽✨

Many moms might feel guilty of exercising thinking that during this time they might be doing other things for their little ones. Have you gone through this?🥺🫣
If you think you are selfish for giving yourself the time to exercise, why don’t you think of it the other way around. Exercising and restrengthening your body will definitely have an impact on your baby/toddler/kid. Mmmm how? 👇🏻
Based on scientific research, engaging in regular exercise can positively impact a mother’s physical and mental well-being, which, in turn, can influence her daily routine with her baby. Here is how:
- 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀:
Regular exercise has been linked to improved energy levels and reduce in fatigue. This can help mothers better cope with the demands of caring for a baby.
- 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Exercise triggers the release of endorphins, which are neurotransmitters associated with mood improvement. This can prevent postpartum depression.
- 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽:
Mothers who exercise may experience improved sleep patterns, helping them cope with the demands of a baby.
- 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀-𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀: Exercise has stress-relieving effects, which can be beneficial for mothers dealing with the stressors of parenting.
- 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 – 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿:
By prioritizing exercise, mothers can serve as positive role models for their children, instilling healthy habits from an early age.
Remember that factors of activity such as type and intensity will vary from one person to another; therefore, never compare your fitness journey with others. Aim to give yourself the minimum time to profit from the above benefits.

Wondering how you can train yourself for motherhood?🤔🤔
Stepping into motherhood will hold a lot of physical challenges from lifting the car seat, to carrying the baby, and pushing/pulling the stroller. You will need to do all those while your body is still exhausted from labor.
The good news I share with you today is that your muscles have memory and training them on specific movement sequences that you will do on daily basis during motherhood will help ensure that your recovery goes smoothly, and your body will remember how to optimally function for the tasks needed.
Well trained muscles heal more efficiently than untrained muscles, so you need to trust that your preparation during pregnancy will support your recovery and your transition into motherhood.
By training yourself on functional movements during pregnancy you will be preparing yourself for motherhood. Stay tuned for some functional movement exercises💪💪💪!!!

What does it mean when they say baby is in breech position?👀
A breech position is when the baby is position bottom-down or feet-first in the womb instead of being head-down, which is considered the optimal position for labor and delivery.
Babies change a lot their positions during pregnancy; however, taking the head-down position in preparation for labor takes place between the 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy in most pregnancies, or might happen later in some pregnancies.
If the baby remains in a breech position near the due date, doctors might consider options like an external cephalic version (ECV) to manually turn the baby or discuss the possibility of a cesarean section if the baby doesn’t naturally move into the head-down position.
Is there a way to help your baby turn head down to become in optimal position for labor? Yes, there are techniques that encourage a baby to move from a breech position to head down, although effectiveness can vary.
Stay tuned to know more.
