We’re proud to announce the 8th round of the 5-week Leadership Program has been successfully concluded at Menyeh Governmental Hospital!

This program, designed and delivered by the Professional Development Component under the PARAMED Project implemented by IECD - Lebanon.

Its goal was to strengthen the leadership capacity of nursing managers — giving them the tools to lead more confidently, foster teamwork, and elevate patient care quality across departments.

Each round reinforces our shared commitment to advancing nursing leadership and building a resilient, high-quality public health sector in Lebanon.

Leadership in nursing is more than managing teams — it directly shapes patient care outcomes, strengthens the entire healthcare system’s efficiency, and builds resilience in times of uncertainty.

Last week we proudly concluded another 5 weeks Leadership Program for the Nursing Managers of مستشفى طرابلس الحكومي.

This program was designed and delivered by the Professional Development Component as part of the PARAMED Project implemented by IECD - Lebanon, equipping nursing leaders with evidence-based skills to lead effectively, support their teams, and elevate care quality across the hospital.

Yesterday marked the final session of the 5 weeks Leadership Program delivered to the nursing managers of Karentina Governmental Hospital and Hôpital Baabda.

This training is part of the PARAMED project, implemented by IECD - Lebanon and designed and delivered by the Professional Development Component, aiming to strengthen leadership skills and empower nursing managers to lead with confidence and excellence.

We congratulate all participants for their commitment and engagement throughout this journey!
