* Youth Class

Aikido for youth is from 13 till 17 years old
● Looking for a martial art that doesn’t require
strength and regular bruising?
● Interested in neutralizing taller and heavier
opponents by using posture and grip to
change the center of gravity? You have come
to the right place!
● Aikido uses the energy of your opponent
against them. You only have to breathe.
● This is what aikido is about. The harmony of
body and mind.

* Adult Class

The course is suitable for both men and women 17+ years.
1. Healthy exercise, self-confidence, contact with others and a path to yourself.
2. In aikido you train your body and mind.
● All-round movement, inner balance,
self-defense, principles useful for the
everyday life.
● Previous physical experience does not matter
– everyone develops at their own pace
● You only need a tracksuit, t‑shirt, slippers and
a towel to get started
● You will find a friendly group of like-minded
people in the course
