No words can describe how proud i am, she was stuck in place for years until she came to me, and together we made the impossible happen against all odds. She is a mother, a wife, an executive in the workplace, but no excuses mentality. Science is life, away from useless excuses that weak people give themselves.

14 years old, self made incredible transformation by Elias Bakhos! Below is his mother, that was a great example for him, always acing her fitness too. He decided ALONE, to transform his body and fitness. He made the effort by watching his diet, and working out to reach this astonishing physique at a young age. Not only he built his physique, but also reached great fitness results such as deadlifting 100 kgs... Elias is a role model for today's teenagers, as they are far away from health and fitness. Month 8+ of pregnancy, with barely 7.5 kgs weight having a low body fat %. She is very active daily, weight lifts 3x per week, and follows a balanced healthy diet.
