Royal College has been ordered by the Right to Information Commission to disclose financial records sought over disputed rugby revenues linked to its 2017 and 2018 First XV seasons. The long-running dispute involves allegations concerning approximately Rs. 17.6 million in rugby gate collections.

The ruling could have wider implications for financial transparency where alumni bodies and committees handle revenue generated through government schools and state-owned facilities.
