Feeling sore after a massage? Donât worry itâs normal!
â
Itâs normal to feel sore after a massage⌠it often occurswhen your body isnât accustomed to massage;
For example; if you donât have them regular enough, or itâs your first one.
â
Sports Massage involves deep manipulation of the muscle to carry blood and nutrients whilst eliminating toxins⌠if your muscles arenât used to this then you will experience soreness after (this is just the same as muscle soreness when you use muscles you donât normally use during a work out AKA DOMS).
â
Youâre body will create muscle memory if you have frequent massages⌠so aim to be as regular with sessions as possible!

One of the best reasons to have a sports massage is to help muscles, tendons and joints move through their range of motion.
â
Why is this important?
â
Because it helps you reach training goals! Regular Sports Massage can compliment your trainingâŚ.
â
Having optimum range of motion is essential for having the correct form when weight training, you donât have the correct form you wonât reach your full potential.

HELLO!!!!
Last year I was signed up to do the London Marathon April 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID I was unable to take part on that day, HOWEVER the new postponed date is the 3rd October 2021 which I will be taking part in!
I have now started taking donations again for my chosen charity MIND!!
Mind is such an amazing charity that doesnât give up until everyoneâs mental health problem gets the support thatâs needed.
The past couple of years have been unbearable for everyone and people have found them selves in situations that they never would have thought. Sadly not everyone is lucky enough to have pulled through the other end and this is why having someone to listen and speak to can life be changing for those most affected â¤ď¸
Please help provide support for the people who need it most, every little helps â¤ď¸
