There was a time when I would wake up every morning feeling drained before the day even began. Coffee became my energy, fast food my comfort, and excuses my daily routine. I told myself, β€œI’ll start tomorrow”… but tomorrow never came.
Then one day, I looked in the mirror and asked myself: β€œIs this really the life I want to live?”
