You are a young man, yet, you see the gym as a taboo, hmm! Come on, the gym is one of the best places you would feel lively to be once you start to realize the impact, essence, and rewards that come from in it. Like some people feel comfortable and very relaxed being in a night club, going on a pool, beaches and other cozy places, so, it's with gym addicts/rats.
Gym cures boredom, depression, stress, loneliness, and makes you feel better physically, makes you confident, and it makes you appear outstanding. Hit the gym, there's no regret!
