“How do I define an objective and turn it into a session?”

Simple.

I define my objective based on the game.
What did my team struggle with?

Example: struggling to play out of pressure.

From that, the session is built around ONE idea.

Everything you see in the images follows that same objective.
Different exercises, same problem being solved.

Start simple → add pressure → finish in a game.

That’s how you create flow instead of running random drills.
