LPRC Oilers Stay on Course for Title Defense with Narrow Win Over Barrolle
Defending champions LPRC Oilers remain firmly on course in their National Basketball League title defense after securing another hard-fought victory over former champions Mighty Barrolle at the SKD Gymnasium over the weekend.
Coach Varfley Corneh's side edged Barrolle 58-55 in a closely contested encounter, extending their dominance over their longtime rivals with a fifth consecutive victory.
In another First Division matchup, NPA Pythons delivered an impressive performance to defeat Spartacus 62-39.
Meanwhile, in the women's division, D-Rockas continued their strong run in the league with a convincing 51-38 victory over Flames.
