Who’s Coming Home?
Doe Community proudly welcomes home Wellington S. Koffa as he joins this year’s 2026 “One Doe Community Homecoming Festival.”
Wellington S. Koffa is a former Interim Secretary General of the Samuel Kanyon Doe Community Youth Association (SAKDOCYA). He is an energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented individual who has developed a mature and responsible approach toward every task he undertakes and every situation he encounters.
Koffa is a graduating senior at African Methodist Episcopal Zion University, located on Benson Street, Monrovia. He also holds an Associate of Arts Degree from LICOSESS Mobile Teacher Training College.
With over ten years of experience in both the private and public sectors, Koffa has demonstrated excellence in leadership, teamwork, and management. His ability to work effectively with others to achieve goals on time and with excellence continues to distinguish him as a committed and dependable professional.
Koffa currently work at the National Arms Commission, where he continues to contribute meaningfully to national service.

Rakie is a proud graduate of A.M.E. Zion University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is currently advancing her education at Gonet Academy, studying Financial Management.
Professionally, Rakie work at Ecobank Liberia as a Teller in the Cash Management Unit, where she continues to demonstrate dedication, professionalism, and excellence in service.
Having lived away from the Doe Community for sometime, Rakie’s return to celebrate with family, friends, and loved ones makes this homecoming even more special.

Albert T. Ninneh, Doe Community Ambassador to Orange Liberia, one of the distinguished personalities expected to attend the upcoming One Doe Community Homecoming Festival.
Albert T. Ninneh is a highly accomplished professional in Public Administration and International Relations, with extensive experience spanning the banking, insurance, telecommunications, and development sectors. He currently serves as a Customer Relations Supervisor at Orange Liberia, where he previously worked in Customer Experience Management. His professional portfolio also includes experience in Credit Analysis at Access Bank Liberia and underwriting within the insurance industry.
Recognized for his professionalism, leadership, and unwavering commitment to service delivery, Albert was honored with the prestigious 2025 Palm Tree Staff of the Year Award by Orange Liberia in recognition of his exceptional performance and impactful contribution to the institution.
Academically, he holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from University of Liberia and also pursued undergraduate studies in Public Administration. Additionally, he earned a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) and is currently pursuing another diploma at the Foreign Service Institute of Liberia.

Emmanuel is an accomplished environmental professional and researcher currently serving as a Senior Waste Supervisor at the Environmental Protection Agency of Liberia. Through his work and dedication, he has contributed significantly to areas such as waste management, environmental policy, sustainability, and research, while actively participating in both national and regional environmental initiatives.
Driven by a deep passion for sustainable development, Emmanuel continues to inspire many with his vision and ambition to become one of Liberia’s leading environmental lawyers and policy advocates.
His return home is a proud moment for the Doe Community as we celebrate one of our sons whose commitment to service, education, and environmental progress continues to make a positive impact.
