Zion Young Defenders progressed to 5th spot on the league table after settling to a goalless draw with table leader Graceland FC in their outstanding fixture on Monday, April 7, 2025 at the Alpha Old-Timers Sports Pitch, in Zubah Town. Watch out for more interesting fixtures for this weekend.

Graceland FC continue their dominance in the ongoing Duport Road Sub-committee 3rd Division League as they defeated Martha FC 2-0 to remain at the top of the league table with 17 points, while Arts United managed to secure a narrow 2-1 win over Majestic Malaika Football Association who are in relegation zone to move in second spot on the league table, and what is consider Zubah Town El-Classico between Zion Young Defenders and Mighty Oasis F. c ended 1-1 to climax yesterday's activity at the Willie Knuckles Sports Pitch in Zubah Town, Duport Road. Meanwhile Graceland FC will face 6th place Zion Young Defenders in their outstanding fixture. A win for Zion Young Defenders will see them progress to 4th spot on the table, while a win for Graceland FC will bring them closer to clinching the trophy.

We return to action this Saturday, April 5, 2025 with Zubah Town Classico, as Mighty Oasis F. c are set to welcome defending champion Zion Young Defenders FC in last game to climax the day's activity. Come and cheer your respective teams to victory.

The players, fans, coaches, stakeholders, and leadership of the Duport Road Sub-Committee strongly condemn last Tuesday's lawful, unscrupulous and barbaric attack on the Liberia Football Association (LFA) headquarter by hooligans believed to be members of the University of Liberia Student Unification Party (SUP).

The subcommittee categorically condemns the act in the strongest term and consider such action as counterproductive especially when it is coming from people who should know better considering their exposure and level of education (University Students).

We wish to re-emphasized that violence has no place in our society, and we must stand united in denouncing such behavior. The attack on the Liberia Football Association, a place of sportsmanship, work, or public service, is not only an assault on those directly involved but also an attack on the values that our country hold dear-values of safety, respect, love and peaceful coexistence.

We call on the Liberia National Police to take swift action to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice. It is in times like these that we must reaffirm our collective commitment to peace, empathy, and the protection of all individuals, regardless of background or belief.

Together, we will heal, rebuild, and ensure that such an atrocity is never repeated.
