Yesterday, our federation was present at the COSL Spillfest at the Coque, where fun activities and animations for kids and parents were offered throughout the day.
Many visitors stopped by our stand to discover the sport of triathlon and try out different activities. It was great to see so much interest and enthusiasm from the young participants!
We were also very happy to welcome former Olympic triathlete Liz May, who came by to visit and support the event.
A big thank you goes to our young athletes and coach Thierry Kohn, whose energy and commitment made this triathlon workshop possible. 👏🏊🚴🏃

Today, the World Triathlon Sprint Distance Cup took place in Chengdu.
Lucas Cambrésy delivered an excellent swim performance (8th out of the water) and stayed at the front of the race throughout the day. He even led the field during the opening stages of the run before eventually finishing 30th in an extremely competitive race.
David Lang had a difficult day and struggled during the entire race, finishing in 49th place.
Both athletes will remain in Asia next week to compete in a Continental Cup race in Vietnam next Saturday, aiming to secure valuable points for the World Ranking.
Eva Daniels, who was initially scheduled to compete, did not travel to China. Following her crash at the European Cup in Torremolinos two weeks ago, a minor concussion was diagnosed. We therefore decided to prioritize her recovery and rehabilitation to ensure she can return in the best possible condition for the rest of the season.

At the European Cup in Torremolinos (Spain), both Elite and Junior triathlon races took place this weekend.
Due to water quality issues, the event was modified into a duathlon format (2.5km run / 20km bike / 5km run).
In the Junior race, Manon Schiltz, competing in her very first junior event (still Youth A), was unfortunately eliminated after being caught by the lead group.
Sebastian Ziekman finished 12th, Tom Heyart 22nd, Emile Valnost 26th, Charel Schiltz 33rd, and Tim Goergen 39th — all delivering performances in line with their current level.
In the Elite race, Eva Daniels, making her international season debut, crashed early on the bike and was forced to withdraw. After a strong first run, she was part of the lead group before the incident. Thankfully, no serious injuries — just some bruises and disappointment.
David Lang confirms his return to form with a solid 12th place in a particularly competitive field.
