The first personal training session at FCB is not a training session. It is a diagnostic.

Before we put any load on your body, I need to understand how it moves. Where the old injuries sit. Whether your posture is working for you or against you. Whether you are executing the basic techniques correctly or compensating without realising it. Every body tells me something different and that is what the first session is for: reading it properly.

From there we build the plan. What we prioritise, what we protect, what we rebuild first. Faster results come from training the body you actually have, not the one a generic programme assumes you have.
Most people walk in expecting to be pushed hard from minute one. That is not how serious coaching works.

Form over speed is where most people get injured. Calisthenics works the opposite way to CrossFit. In CrossFit you're competing against the clock and the people around you. In calisthenics you're competing against your own last rep, focused on cleaner form, better control, more quality in the movement itself.

That shift changes everything. You give yourself time to learn the movement properly. You build strength without rushing past the technique that protects you. And the injury risk drops accordingly.

This is what we've been teaching at Fitness Coaching in Luxembourg for over 12 years. If you've been curious about calisthenics but worried about getting it wrong, this is the place to start.

If you have kids, you've probably had the same thought more than once. 👧👦

They're spending too much time on screens. Sitting too much. Moving too little. And you can feel the long-term cost building up even if it's hard to name.

Our kids sessions are built around that exact problem. 🏃

The training is real, but it's hidden inside games. They develop coordination, focus, strength and cardio without realising they're working on any of it.

These are the foundations of a healthy, functional adult body, and the earlier they're built, the easier everything that comes later becomes.

They leave tired in a good way. They had fun. They built something real. The screens can wait.

There's no shortcut to results that actually last. Real change comes from training that's structured around you, not around a template.

That's the reason Fitness Coaching Beggen exists.

I wanted a place where every exercise has a purpose. Where your injuries, your energy, your mood, what you're capable of right now and where you're trying to get to all matter when we build your programme.

Two people can walk in with the same goal and leave with completely different plans, because their starting points are different and the way to get there is different.

This is the why behind the work. Balanced training. Structured programming. A holistic approach that takes you seriously as an individual and treats your time with the respect it deserves.
