Four days in the forest around Vaskaris lake with motorcycles, campfires, challenges, stories, questionable decisions, new friendships and a whole lot of mud.

This year Scout grew into something bigger than just an adventure motorcycle event. Riders came together, got thrown into teams with people they might never have met otherwise, competed in the Scout Challenge, went out on Pathfinder and Quest adventures, learned from each other, listened to stories around the camp, earned badges, shared food and drinks, and somehow still had energy left for Saturday night.

What stood out most was the atmosphere. People helped each other, laughed at themselves, got stuck together, solved problems together and kept the camp feeling like one big tribe.

That is exactly what OUTDURO Scout is supposed to be about.

People. Trails. Campfire. Stories.

A massive thank you to everyone who travelled to be there, our admin team who put an insane amount of work into making it happen, our speakers, activity leaders, photographers, musicians and partners who supported the event.

And thank you for respecting the place we were lucky enough to call home for the weekend.

Scout 2026 is done.

The stories definitely aren’t.

Mārtiņš Elsiņš is one of those people who doesn’t just come to Scout. He helps create the whole atmosphere. 🔥

As part of the OUTDURO event team, Mārtiņš will be taking care of the lights and sound around the campsite, making sure Scout feels just as good after sunset as it does during the day.

And on Saturday, he’ll swap cables for a guitar and play live music for us around the camp. 🎸

There’s also another side to Mārtiņš…

He’s a properly crazy moto rider. Last year at Scout he joined the daredevils and jumped straight through the burning fire ring. 🔥🏍️

Lights. Sound. Live music. Motorcycles. Campfire.

That sounds like Scout.

🔧 WORKSHOP WITH ALEX | RASCAL MOTORCYCLES

Adventure riding has a habit of finding the weakest part of your motorcycle at exactly the wrong moment. 😄

This year Alex from Rascal Motorcycles is joining OUTDURO SCOUT not only as a as our technical backup at camp, but also as a workshop instructor.

During his workshop, Alex will share practical motorcycle maintenance tips and tricks that can help you keep your bike running when you’re far from the garage.

And if something decides to loosen, bend, leak or stop cooperating during SCOUT, Alex will have tools, some spare parts and the know-how to help with smaller repairs right there at camp. 🏍️🔧

No promises of rebuilding your engine in the forest, but for the usual adventure-bike problems, it is good to have a Rascal nearby.

🏍️🔥 WORKSHOP WITH ZITA: SECRETS OF LATVIAN SAUNA

Long before adventure motorcycles, Zita’s first love was the Latvian sauna.

After plenty of dusty, muddy and exhausting moto adventures, she knows a thing or two about helping tired riders recover.

At OUTDURO SCOUT 2026, Zita will share practical Latvian sauna tips and rituals you can use to improve recovery after a full day in the saddle.

Expect steam, sauna whisks, simple recovery tricks and a proper introduction to one of Latvia’s oldest traditions. 🌿🔥

5 years of OUTDURO. 🏕️🏍️

What started with one motorcycle, a few questionable decisions and a need to spend more time outside slowly became something much bigger.

OUTDURO was born from a simple idea: adventure riding should be about more than just the ride. It’s the trails, the campfires, the food cooked together, the mistakes you laugh about later and the people you meet along the way.

In the new blog post, I look back at how it all began, from learning to ride and exploring Latvia with Bruno, to the first adventures, Enduristan luggage, campfire burgers and eventually building the OUTDURO Tribe — Adventure Riding & Moto Camping (Europe) community.

Five years later, the motorcycle is still the doorway.

The people, stories and memories are the real adventure.
