The first thing I do with almost every new client: increase their calories.
Your body isn't broken. It's just responding to what you've been giving it.

The gym isn't where most men fall apart.
It's the week around it.
When fitness fights your life, your life wins every time.
Before you touch a single macro or ChatGPT your next workout, you need to look at your calendar.
Because if your week canât hold up to the plan, the plan never had a chance.
Thatâs why the first thing I do with every new client is a time audit, so we know exactly what your current lifestyle can handle.
If youâre tired of âstarting over,â fix your week first. The rest gets a lot easier.
03/09/2026
You have started over more times than you can count.
And every single time, you had the motivation on day one.
The problem was never you.
It was a plan built for someone else's life.
Save this if it hits home.

This week, God didnât give me âanswersâ as much as He gave me questions.
The kind of questions that sit heavy on your heart, stay with you at your desk, on the commute, and during rest periods in the gym, long after you close the Bible.
If that struck something inside you, here are the 5 questions God placed on my heart this week:
1. How am I to come to the relationship with Him that I can view and feel suffering and inconvenience as for the Lord (Acts 5:17-42)
2. God does not condemn me, why then do I hide in the shadows of my own judgment? (Romans 8:1)
3. Where can I "feed" my community so they are fed and have more to give themselves? (Mark 6:30-44)
4. Where have I given up faith during the storms? (Mark 6:45-56)
5. Where am I resisting the Holy Spirit and not following what the angels have laid out for me? (Acts 7:30-53)
Iâm not sharing these as a pastor or a guru, I'm just a man whoâs trying to listen better and live what he says he believes.
Drop in the comments which question lands for you the most right now, or share one God has been pressing on you this week.
Most corporate men donât struggle to lose weight because theyâre lazy.
They struggle because theyâve been lied to about what actually works.
-Youâve tried tracking macros.
-Youâve cut carbs.
-Youâve done the workouts.
And it all worked⊠for a while.
Then work got crazy. The business trips, client dinners, and long hours stacked up.
Suddenly, youâre right back where you started... stuck, frustrated, and wondering if youâll ever figure this out.
Itâs not your fault. The fitness industry failed you.
Because hereâs the truth:
đ« Most plans were made for bodybuilders, influencers, and 20-something kids with unlimited time.
đ« They werenât built for high-achieving corporate guys balancing work, travel, and real responsibilities.
đ« Thatâs why they keep failing you.
Thereâs a better way.
In this video, I break it down:
â
Why most fitness advice was never designed for you in the first place.
â
The #1 reason you keep gaining the weight back.
â
The system that actually works for corporate professionals without tracking every bite or grinding through hours of cardio.
If youâre done starting over, message me âBLUEPRINTâ and I'll show you the system that works, for free.

The Corporate Nutrition Blueprint: How to Lose Fat Without Tracking Every Bite or Skipping Client Dinners
Youâre not out of shape because you donât try hard enough. Youâre out of shape because every plan youâve followed was never built for guys like you.
So you fall into the same cycle:
â Eating âcleanâ Monday-Friday, then blowing it up on the weekend.
â Tracking macros or skipping meals, until the stress hits.
â Thinking you have to meal prep or avoid happy hours to see results.
But the guys who actually get lean (and stay lean) donât follow random diets.
They have a system.
This free guide breaks it all down:
â
How to eat for fat loss without overhauling your lifestyle.
â
How to stay on track at office lunches, work travel, and happy hours.
â
How to build meals that actually help you lose weight, without tracking every bite.

Iâm making some major changes and refining my coaching program to help more guys who are struggling with their weight, energy, and confidence, because Iâve been there and no one should have to feel stuck.
But before I launch, I'm looking to talk to 10 guys for a quick 20-minute convo to get some honest feedback.
No sales, no BS. Just a real conversation.
If youâre down to help, drop"FEEDBACK" in the comments or shoot me a DM and Iâll reach out!

I remember it like it was yesterdayâŠ
Climbing the stairs to the office, and struggling to keep my breath.
22 years old and I couldnât even walk up a flight of stairs without being winded.
Iâm thinking, âHow did I get here?â I was ashamed, as I stood panting to say hi to the receptionist.
At 21, I had my dream engineering job. But I spent 99% of my time and money drinking. My best âfriendsâ were bartenders and regulars.
That led me from 175 lbs to 215. No muscle, just fat. I hadnât seen the inside of a gym since high school.
I was disappointed in myself. How did I get so out of shape that I couldnât climb a flight of stairs without struggling?
I wore undershirts year-round to try and hide the sweat.
My college life Iâd always been active on campus and around Boston. Now, in my office 9-5, I was sitting all day, and the hour-long bus ride didnât help.
I knew I needed to make a change. No, I HAD to make a change.
I started walking 3 miles to the office every morning. Eventually, I found Menâs Health workouts and eventually Bodybuilding. com.
I tried every âshredâ program there was. Joining every free challenge, but never following through, being embarrassed at the lack of results, and my lack of commitment.
Iâd bounce between dangerously low calories to cutting carbs to 25g a day (thatâs œ a bagel, for reference).
I was miserable and defeated.
I did so much dumb s**t that wasnât healthy or sustainable. I put my body in worse shape than if Iâd just stayed fat and uncomfortable.
I started to properly fuel my body and trained for my goals. No more HIIT or crazy amounts of cardio (yes, 55 minutes 2x a day SUCKS). No more carb cutting either.
Fast forward to 2024, and I lost 18.9 pounds in just 10 weeks. I felt my best and looked my leanest in over a decade going on my honeymoon.
Seeing friends from college and work pack on pounds over the years, I knew I needed to help.
Thatâs why I became a coach.
I realized I was designing buildings to last 100 years, so why canât I help guys design their bodies to do the same?
So if you resonate with my story, make sure you follow for more!
