Great experience so far. I ordered on Thursday the 4th of July and received the package on Monday the 8th before lunch. Wow! The exterior of the two boxes looked okay. I opened and took inventory of the parts and everything was there. I did have a few pieces that had a slight ding here and there and two flanges were bent but I was able to straighten them out with pliers. Once assembled you couldn’t tell anything had happened as they straightened out nicely. The instructions were clear and the steps were numbered as well as the hardware package, which I really appreciated. I assembled the entire thing by myself in roughly 4hrs. This machine is very sturdy and will serve my needs for years to come. The seat is comfortable. The padding is dense and good quality. The slide is smooth but I wonder how well these linear bearings will last with heavy use. I am 5’10” and I get a really good range of motion on the hack squat but would have liked just a little more range on the leg press but it is still good. It’s a lot of bang for your buck though. Thanks Ritfit for offering such a great deal on this machine.

All seems solid quality, the pulley system isn't the smoothest, but at this price point it is exactly what you should expect. Once the weights are added it is also very stable. The pull-up bar is really thin, but adding some sort of grip tape would fix that easily. Shipping took a while, but its also several hundred pounds being shipped through FedEx so you should expect that. Easy to assemble with one person.
I have this is a bedroom and it is short enough to do pull-ups without hitting the ceiling.
You will want some smaller plates than the ones this ships with for the pulley system, as you need it to be loaded symmetrically. I have a set of 2.5s and 5s and that rounds out the system well.

This is the perfect piece of equipment for your home gym. Space saving and built well. Some issues with shipping and how it was handled but customer service fixed those issues with the parts needed with in the matter of a few days. Customer service is top notch. Do not hesitate to add this to your gym.
Well built, easy to assemble with good step by step directions, parts are labeled by step, but you will need a second person to get this done quicker and less stressful than trying to assemble on your own. I highly, highly recommend this hack squat/leg press combo over any of the competitors just on price/quality alone.
