SheMoves wasn’t about pixels on a screen, it was about feeling the burn, the sweat, the pure joy of moving our bodies with a whole squad of amazing girls!

I am so grateful for the opportunity to inspire and motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle. Being a fitness coach has been an incredible journey, and I am so proud of how far I have come. I am excited to continue pushing myself and my clients to reach new heights and achieve their goals.
