🌿 Walk and Talk: Taking the First Steps Towards Nordic Walking in North Macedonia 🌿
We were proud to organize the Walk&Talk Local session of Nordic Walking in Ohrid, as an innovative way of movement, connection, and self-care. This was more than just a walk. It was a space where movement became a tool for better mental health, meaningful conversations, and reconnecting with nature and ourselves.
At a time when young people are increasingly facing stress, isolation, and fast-paced daily routines, this initiative offered something simple yet powerful:

Through Nordic Walking, we explored how physical activity can become an accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable form of caring for both body and mind.
