Very saddened to hear of the death of Norm Bruce. Norm was a huge help and support to me in establishing InfoTimor in Baucau in 2006. Nothing was too much trouble. He would drive the big truck on what were terrible roads between Dili and Baucau laden with computers that would be refurbished by young Timorese at East Timor Roofing training centre. Norm also supported the provision of and delivery of water tanks for the WithOneSeed community forestry program plant nurseries in Baguia. Not many like him. Vale Norm Bruce.
