‼️To lead this mission, we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly qualified SEA Department Manager to join our growing team.

Social & Environmental Affairs Manager
: Plot No (32), Foreign Industrial Zone, Nyaung Inn Junction, Bago (Factory Based)
🔸Design, implement, and continuously improve our Social Compliance Management System in line with global standards.
🔸Serve as the main point of contact and successfully coordinate audits from top international brands and external bodies (including Adidas, amfori BSCI, RCS, C-TPAT / GSV, and MADE).
🔸Plan and lead internal audits and supplier audits to maintain compliance across the supply chain.
🔸Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), develop annual training roadmaps, and personally lead training sessions to empower our workforce.
🔸 Oversee comprehensive workplace health and safety programs to ensure an incident-free environment.
🔸 Execute Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and ensure timely submission of six-month Environmental Monitoring Reports (EMR).
🔸 Maintain and drive continual improvement for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems across the factory.
💯Who We Are Looking For
: Any bachelor’s degree. Holding international HSE or Compliance certifications is a huge plus.
: 5 to 8+ years of proven managerial experience heading Social Compliance, EHS, or Environmental Management in large-scale manufacturing/ garment factories.
: Hands-on experience successfully managing audits for Adidas, amfori BSCI, C-TPAT/GSV, or MADE.
: Practical experience implementing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 from the ground up as an Internal Auditor.
: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) to confidently negotiate and collaborate with buyers and external auditors.
: Exceptional leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
