✨ Happy Thingyan from Myanmar Gymnastics Federation! ✨

We are absolutely delighted to share the heartwarming highlights of our Thingyan Festival celebrations and Closing ceremony for the 2026 Summer Basic Gymnastics Course, which took place on 11th April 2026.
The programme opened with a thoughtful and engaging exploration of Thingyan’s origins and deep cultural significance-a cherished tradition that marks the Myanmar New Year and brings communities together in joyful reflection.
The festival soon came alive with energetic singing and graceful dance performances. It was a genuine pleasure to witness the remarkable hidden talents of both our gymnasts and coaches. We take great pride in their vibrant enthusiasm and sincere appreciation for our rich cultural heritage.
The ceremony attendees enjoyed delicious thingyan foods prepared by the gymnasts' parents.
We brought the celebration to a close with the most exhilarating moment of all, the symbolic water-throwing ceremony a beautiful act of cleansing, representing the washing away of past sins and misfortunes from the old year.
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful gymnasts, supportive parents, dedicated coaches, and special thanks to the President, Vice- presidents and executive members of the federation for making this event such a resounding success. We wish each and every one of you a happy, peaceful, and well-deserved holiday break.

အားကစားနှင့်လူငယ်ရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊အားကစားနှင့်ကာယပညာဦးစီးဌာန၊ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်အားကစားနှင့်ကာယပညာဦးစီးဌာနနှင့်မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျွမ်းဘားအဖွဲ့ချုပ်တို့ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်အတွင်းရှိ လူငယ်/လူရွယ်များ ကျွမ်းဘားအားကစား၏အခြေခံနည်းစနစ်များမှန်ကန်စွာလေ့ကျင့်နိုင်ရေးနှင့်ကိုယ်ကာယကြံ့ခိုင်သန်စွမ်းရေးကိုအထောက်အကူပြုစေရန်၊ ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်အတွင်း ကျွမ်းဘားအားကစားနည်းပြန့်ပွားရေးနှင့်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန်တို့ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်၊တောင်ကြီးမြို့ရှိ ပြည်နယ်လေ့ကျင့်ရေးအားကစားရုံတွင် ၂၀၂၆ခုနှစ် ဖေ​ဖေါ်ဝါရီလ(၁၅)ရက်နေ့မှ မတ်လ(၁၅)ရက်နေ့အထိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျွမ်းဘားအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ရှိနည်းပြများမှ နေ့စဉ် နံနက်(၈)နာရီမှ(၁၀)နာရီထိတစ်ကြိမ်၊ညနေ(၄)နာရီမှ(၅)နာရီထိတစ်ကြိမ် သင်ကြားပြသပေးလျှက်ရှိပါသည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျွမ်းဘားအဖွဲ့ချုပ်အနေဖြင့် တိုင်းဒေသကြီးနှင့် ပြည်နယ်အသီးသီးရှိ လူငယ်/ရွယ်များ အားကစားလှုပ်ရှားမှုများ၌ တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်လာစေရန်နှင့် ကျန်းမာသန်စွမ်းသော လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ်များ ဖြစ်ထွန်းလာစေရန် ရည်မှန်းချက်ဖြင့် ဆက်လက်ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

February 28th, ရန်ကုန်မြို့၊မြို့မကျောင်းလမ်းရှိ National Theater မှာ ခမ်းနားကြီးကျယ်အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် " Friends Universe Concert " ပွဲကြီးတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျွမ်းဘားအဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှ ကျွမ်းဘားအားကစားသမားများသည်ကျွမ်းဘားအကများဖြင့် ဂုဏ်ယူစွာ ပါဝင်တင်ဆက်သရုပ်ပြသခဲ့ကြပါသည်🥰👏🤸‍♂️🎶🎤🎼
