Yoga with Hanka

This page is for those who want to practice yoga in English at home, it is an online class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 19-20pm. And the pay is 50K a month, starting on Nov. 4th. If you would like to register, please write PM.

A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in flowing styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.
