A Nou Transform Nou Lendrois initiative by the Ministry of Youth and Sports at Résidence La Chaux 🇲🇺

The Mahebourg Youth Hub Pre-Formation Judo Center, along with the Old Grand Port Judo Club, proudly participated in a dynamic judo demonstration during this community event.

The session was led by dedicated coaches L.S. Judex De Robillard, Bineyamine Fangoo, and Ivan Botte, who showcased the discipline, technique, and values of judo to the audience.

Their commitment continues to inspire young people to engage in sports and build confidence, respect, and resilience.

Fierté et excellence au rendez-vous lors des Championnats d’Afrique de Jiu-Jitsu 2025 en Tunisie ! Les athlètes du Mahebourg Youth Hub Pre-Formation Judo Center ont une nouvelle fois porté haut les couleurs de leur centre avec des performances remarquables sur la scène continentale.

✨ Chez les U18 (-63 kg), Jade Emy Watterston-André a réalisé un parcours exceptionnel. Dominante en Ne Waza et en No-Gi, elle décroche deux médailles d’or et le titre de double Championne d’Afrique 2025. Elle complète ce superbe palmarès avec une médaille de bronze en Ju-Jitsu Fighting, confirmant sa polyvalence et sa rigueur au plus haut niveau.

🔥 En catégorie Adulte (-56 kg), Enzy Farhaan Sayfud Diin Ukkhoy Fangoo s’est illustré par sa constance et sa détermination. Il repart avec deux médailles d’argent en Ju-Jitsu Full Contact et Ju-Jitsu Fighting, ainsi que deux médailles de bronze en Full Contact et en No-Gi lors de l’African Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2025.

Championnats d’Afrique de Jiu-Jitsu 2025 en Tunisie

Les Championnats d’Afrique de Jiu-Jitsu 2025, organisés en Tunisie, ont été marqués par des performances de haut niveau, où les athlètes féminines et masculins brillent sur la scène continentale, illustrant la progression constante du Jiu-Jitsu africain. Plusieurs de ces performances remarquables sont issues du Mahebourg Youth Hub Pre-Formation Judo Center, reconnu pour son travail de formation et de développement des jeunes talents.

Chez les U18, Jade Emy Watterston-André, engagée dans la catégorie -63 kg, a réalisé un parcours exceptionnel. Elle s’est imposée avec autorité en Ne Waza et en No-Gi, remportant deux médailles d’or et décrochant ainsi le titre de double Championne d’Afrique 2025.
