September has now more than begun and I'm back from vacation with an absolute need to train well !!
Not that I was beached and stopped at the sea .. indeed 🏊‍♀️🧗‍♀️🤸‍♀️
But I haven't been able to spend enough time on those exercises that make me feel good: mobile, strong and energetic!
