What a blast ! I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for participating in Power Yoga workshop with my beloved teacher, the founder of Power Yoga Bryan Kest last week! Your energy, enthusiasm and dedication made it an incredibly special and transformative experience! What an honor to have Bryan Kest himself lead the workshop. His expertise, passion and inspiring teaching style brought out the best in all of us! Bryan shared his 40 years of experience with us, guided us through powerful sequences, helping us push our limits and find new strength within ourselves.

Still buzzing after such an amazing event organized by the India in Malta - High Commission of India, Malta to celebrate International Yoga Day in Valletta. Such an honor to be invited by the India in Malta - High Commission of India, Malta 8 years in a row to lead the Yoga session in Malta dedicated to the Yoga day celebration! This year the Yoga practice will be held at Upper Barrakka Gardens in Valletta 16th June at 8 am. The practice is open to everyone and it's free of charge ! Mats will be provided.
