Determined to break free, I immersed myself in studying mindset techniques and holistic practices. I started in 2006 and till now I am still learning and trying new things. Through consistent application and unwavering commitment to change, I gradually rewired my subconscious patterns. I adopted practices like meditation, affirmations, and energy healing, which not only cleared my mind but also restored a sense of abundance and possibility in my life.
