At Taekwondojang, we believe that true strength isn't just about what you can do on the mats - it’s about the responsibility you carry off them.
On the 12th March, our students (and parents!) attended a masterclass in environment protection and sustainability with Mission Verte. It was incredible to see our kids so engaged, learning how to reduce, reuse, and recycle to protect our beautiful Mauritius.
A huge thank you to Véronique from Mission Verte for expert advices and showing our young martial artists that being a warrior starts with protecting our environment first! From understanding waste management to seeing real-world recycling examples, our community left inspired to keep our island clean.
We also had an art exhibition with Colours of Paradise showing our students the incredible beauty of our island's landscape, reinforcing the visual of what needs to be protected in their mind.
Girls power! The dedication, strength and discipline of our girls on display at our annual Taekwondo demo. From tiles breaking, acrobatics to self-defence, we are empowering our daughters to be fearless. The next generation of strong women isn't just coming - they’re already here!
