Our aim, with Taekwondo, is to take self-defence beyond the dojang and physical training to build a mentally strong community where our kids always stay aware, connected, and empowered to say NO to drugs.

Thank you again to the GM Mario Hung Wai Wing, the Mauritius Taekwondo Federation, ADSU, Co Fitness Hub and all participants for collaborating to protect our kids and making sure the message hits home - our kids are not alone!

Let's fight DRUGS with Taekwondo!

The Mauritius Taekwondo Federation and our community came together for an inspiring walk against drugs - uniting our voices to say "Ansam Nou Konbat La Drog" (Let's fight drugs).

Creativity and discipline are our greatest weapons. Armed with their pencils, crayons, and coloured markers, our students crafted powerful individual drawings and handmade awareness boards with strong anti-drug messages.

Every stroke of color represents hope, a bright future, and a firm commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

While we use art to extend the message to society, Taekwondo is our own shield - building strength, focus, and resilience to protect our youth and stand strong against negative influences.

Today wasn't just about walking - it was about embedding the Olympic values of friendship, respect, and community into the hundreds of youth gathered on the streets of Rose-Hill!

4yr old student progress! We build confidence that lasts a lifetime, literally starting from baby steps! At Taekwondojang, we don't just teach martial arts skills - our play-based curriculum is designed to support both physical development and mental growth, helping our babies learn for life.

Coordinating mind & body: learning to orient themselves while upside down strengthens spatial awareness and bilateral coordination, setting a strong foundation for both physical and cognitive skills.

United by discipline and passion. National Combat Sports Games 2026, every martial arts federation came together to showcase the depth of talent in Mauritius at the opening ceremony demo in Côte d'Or.

Adhering to martial arts doesn't just build physical strength - it sharpens the mind, fosters resilience, and promotes lifelong well-being. Proud to see every federation coming together to champion the power of combat sports for a healthier, more focused community!
