📢 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗜𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗕𝗦

The Port Louis Regional Football Association wishes to inform all affiliated clubs that the 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗙𝗔) has officially opened the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 for Regional Clubs.

⚽ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
✅ Football Season: 𝟭 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 – 𝟯𝟬 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳
✅ Player licence renewals and new registrations via 𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗗 from 𝟭𝟱 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
✅ Domestic player transfers must first be processed through FIFA DTMS before licence applications.
✅ All clubs must register their 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 (maximum of 7) on FIFA Connect ID at least 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
✅ Coaches and Assistant Coaches must upload their 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀 during registration, where applicable.
✅ A club 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝟱) 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 to another club during a registration period.
✅ National clubs recruiting players from regional clubs must pay 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘀 𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 to the regional club.
✅ Regional clubs may register up to 𝟱 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀, subject to MFA eligibility requirements.
✅ Each regional club may register a maximum of 𝟮𝟱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀, including at least two goalkeepers.

📄 All clubs are strongly encouraged to carefully read the MFA Circular and complete all registration formalities within the prescribed deadlines to ensure eligibility for the upcoming season.

For further information, clubs are invited to contact the 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 or refer to the official MFA Circular.

We wish all our affiliated clubs every success as we embark on the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻. ⚽

Following the appeal lodged by 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗖, the 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗙𝗔) 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 reviewed its initial decision and 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝟰–𝟰 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 between 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗖 and 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗖. Consequently, the final Division 2 standings have been confirmed based on the amended decision.

The 2025/26 Regional Port Louis Division 2 season has officially come to an end, concluding another exciting campaign filled with commitment, passion and competitive football.

Congratulations to 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝘂 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝘆𝘀, who are crowned 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 after an outstanding season. Their consistency and determination have deservedly earned them promotion to 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 for the 2026/27 season. We extend our sincere congratulations to the players, coaching staff, management and supporters on this remarkable achievement.

Congratulations also to 𝗞𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗖, who finish the season in second place and also secure promotion to 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 next season. Their performances throughout the campaign have earned them a well-deserved place in the higher division.

Following the decision of the 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗙𝗔) 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, the match between 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗖 and 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗖 has been officially awarded 𝟯–𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗖. As a result, the final league standings have been updated accordingly.

We would like to thank all participating clubs, players, coaches, match officials, volunteers and supporters for their valuable contribution throughout the season. Your dedication continues to play an important role in the development of football in the Port Louis Region.

After an impressive and consistent campaign, 𝗚𝗥𝗡𝗪 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 are crowned 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱/𝟮𝟲, finishing the season unbeaten to secure a well-deserved promotion to the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 for next season. Congratulations to the players, coaching staff, management and supporters on this remarkable achievement. 👏🏆

Congratulations also go to 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁𝘀, who finish as runners-up and also earn promotion to the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 for the 2026/27 season. Their outstanding performances throughout the campaign have deservedly secured their place among the elite.

At the other end of the table, we extend our encouragement to 𝗦𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗿, who will compete in 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮 next season. Football is built on resilience, and we wish the club every success in their journey back.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all participating clubs, players, coaches, match officials, volunteers and supporters who contributed to another successful Regional Port Louis season. Your commitment and passion continue to strengthen football within our region.
