There is something special about discovering golf for the very first time — learning the basics, making that first swing, finding your rhythm and sharing the experience with others.

On 22 August 2026, women came together at Tamarina Golf Club Mauritius for the “Women in Golf – Leading Off the Course” initiation session.

The initiative was a collaboration between Redlac Real Estate and the Mauritius Golf Federation (MGF), bringing together partners and coaches to create a welcoming introduction to the sport.

It was a wonderful day of learning, encouragement and new experiences, with participants getting the chance to take their first steps onto the course and discover the joy of golf.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this memorable experience! Redlac Real Estate, Mauritius Golf Federation, Mauritius Ladies Golf Union, Tamarina Golf Club Mauritius and The Talent Factory.

Seeing the ladies step onto the course, learn the fundamentals, try new techniques and enjoy their first experience of golf was a wonderful reminder of how powerful an introduction to the sport can be.

Beyond learning how to swing a club, sessions like this create opportunities to discover, connect, build confidence and simply enjoy being part of the golfing community.

This initiative is proudly in collaboration with Redlac Real Estate and the Mauritius Golf Federation, with the valuable support of the Mauritius Ladies Golf Union, The Talent Factory and Tamarina Golf Club Mauritius.

And most importantly, thank you to all the ladies who joined us and gave golf a try.

This was the first swing. Let’s keep the momentum going.
